Welcome to Dr. Zitacne. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing products from Dr. Zitacne, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refund Policy). For disputes not resolved informally, you and Dr. Zitacne agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. (If you prefer arbitration, we can add an arbitration clause.)

By ordering from the Site, you confirm that the shipment will not violate export control, sanctions, or trade laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions.
