At Dr. Zitacne, we aim to provide reliable, transparent shipping across our global markets, with the United States as our primary market. This Shipping Policy explains processing, shipping methods, costs, tracking, customs, delays, and lost/damaged package procedures.
Processing Time & Cut-off

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once the package ships.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
(Transit times start from the shipment date and depend on the carrier and destination.)

Standard (Domestic US/Canada): 5–12 business days

Expedited (Domestic US/Canada): 2–5 business days (where available)

International Standard: 10–20 business days

International Expedited: 4–8 business days (where available)
These are estimates. Actual delivery depends on carrier operations, customs clearance, and local conditions.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.

Free standard shipping may apply for orders over a promotional threshold displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT/GST, and import taxes imposed by destination countries. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. We cannot predict or reimburse customs charges assessed after purchase.
Tracking & Notifications

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, check with neighbors or building management before contacting us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

For lost/damaged shipments, email wenyixiaoma@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos for damaged items. We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist you with claims. If carrier liability is established, we will offer a refund or replacement following carrier resolution and our policies. Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, customs refusal, or failure to collect, we will notify you. Re-shipment requires payment of additional shipping charges.
Restricted Destinations & PO Boxes

We may restrict shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries due to carrier or regulatory limits. If shipping to your address is not possible, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Force Majeure & Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, carrier issues, pandemics, customs delays). We will work with carriers and notify customers as appropriate.
